This game has been the difference for me to get my cardio in for the day. I use to jog and is been a few years I have been experiencing certain pains in my feet and legs when I run. It is to a point where if I jog I will not be able to do anything else after that. This game with the daily workout design allows me to get me cardio from home without having to go out for my jog.One of the features that comes with the game is designed to provide you with a daily workout. Once your main workout for the day has been completed you will not be able to do another one, for safety reasons. The routines can take about 12-18 mins, they can vary. I personally like to complete a 30 mins cardio. The game provides a section that has shorter routines. These shorter routines can be about 3-5 mins. So when I have my main routine done I visit this part to try to do at least 2 more small routines depending how long they are to try to complete between 25-30mins. Once I am done with this cardio part I can continue with my weight lift training for the rest of my workout.The game also provides a calendar and automatically marks the routine done so you can visit the calendar to see how much you have completed so far.The game also provides you to see focus areas per workout/routines when you are trying to decide what you want to do under the short sessions.There is no jumping or running in place.I get a little bit of difficulties at times when reading the controllers for my movements, but specifically when I’m doing the left side - second part of the session - I am not sure if is a position issue or if genuinely there is a tracking issue. However this is not a huge problem as it is very minor, at leas for me. I will be missing about up to three hits per session or less.
