I could not put this book down when I first got it.Tara is very honest about the challenges of raising a child on the spectrum but she is also full of hope and she has great advice about so many issues we face as parents. Something really cool that I thought about this book is that both her and Andrew (her husband) share the effect that autism had in their relationship and how important is to be each other’s best friend through it all.We follow her YouTube channel that’s also “coming home to autism” and it’s been a game changer for our family. This book is a most have. :)
