This is my first book by Rachel Caid, and let me tell you it will not be my last! I was hooked on Anna, Noah and Roman's story from page one.Anna, is such a strong woman. She runs her own pottery business, is raising her son on her own. She has a big heart and is working hard to keep everyone in her life happy. She has made a conscious decision to not have a man in her life, to save both her and her son from unneeded heart break. But when Noah comes into her life, he helps her to see how much better life can be if she opens her heart and trusts someone with it.Noah is one of those amazing alpha males. He asserts his strength, without being a jerk. He knows what he wants and isn't afraid to go after it. After being burned by his last relationship he thinks that casual and fun is the way to go. But when you have a heart as big as Noah's and you meet the woman who makes you feel whole, casual is the farthest thing from your mind.This story had me hooked right away. It melted my heart so many times. Me. Caid combined the perfect amount of heat and romance. There were times I wanted to yell at both Noah and Anna to just leave the past in the past and look at the future. I absolutely loved the journey to love these two needed to take.I really enjoyed the supporting characters of Anna's sister Christine and Noah's friend Craig. Ms. Caid set their story up perfectly, and I can't wait to sink my teeth into the next book in this series. I want more of Christine's story! I can tell it's going to be a good one!
