This is your chance to go back and buy the 3 books that continue all the characters, and are a great read. I waited patiently, following Author's career, and I'm hooked on every page of the latest book. So I own Seasons 1 & 2 DVD and all 3 books and really cherish them. 2nd book had a BIG surprise with story line of character Pat, and so this latest 3rd book continues. Well worth the investment. I learned so much about how the people of England and all they sacrificed and suffered the bombings of London And Liverpool. This covers the farming that had to continue, and how the villagers all stepped up to help one another. Takes place in the Countryside, and every kind of relationship that would have been common during the War. I really have loved her presentation and highly recommend these Home Fire books 5 Star plus plus
