I ADORE THIS BOOK FOR MANY REASONS.She grew up in ITALY and I married a REAL ITALIAN.I lived in ITALY for 3 years and never wanted to leave!Skye, has taken me back through her beautiful photos and her cooking techniques!The recipes are simple and mouthwatering. Her esthetics are right up my alley with the use of vintage plates and tableware.She obviously adores the GARDEN as much as cooking as all her clothing is in a FLORAL print! I am making my way through page by page, so far all recipes have been STELLAR.MY ITALIAN approves and believe me that is NOT so easy.I just made her BIRTHDAY CAKE which was a WINNER on every level for me as I am gluten free and so is HER CAKE!The best part is you can make it a few days ahead as it just gets better with AGE!!!!!!!What More can I tell YOU............we all want to get better with AGE and I do Believe there is a secret ingredient in The way ITALIANS DO IT!Skye's Book is a Breath of Fresh AIR.I hope she will write MORE as I will be the first one in Line for a Book signing!I hope this review has been helpful.
