I'm very interested in natural and herbal remedies. I believe that many conventional western medicines do more harm than good, and there are plenty of natural remedies that can heal a body without adding unnecessary chemicals into one's system. This book has hundreds of herbal remedies and it is organized so well, so I can easily find what affliction I am looking for and see how to easily treat it. I was interested in this book before I bought it and checked it out of the library to see if it was something I would enjoy. I absolutely loved it, so I found it on Amazon from a third-party seller for a very reasonable price and ended up buying two copies, one for me and one for my sister. If you are into herbal remedies, I highly recommend this book.
