This product was perfect for what we wanted - a summer weight comforter for our inflatable bed with a funky print to liven up the otherwise unfurnished room.It was my first introduction to Bealsflorida. I was very impressed by their service after I received an email from Amazon that the product had not shipped in the expected time. When I received that message I thought here we go I'm going to spend endless hours bouncing around call centres etc trying to track the item. Amazon directed me to Beals - my first reaction was I don't want to be directed to Beals I want Amazon to handle the whole thing. But the Beals site chat feature was very effective. I immediately got a response from Anne on the chat - she asked for the Amazon tracking number and she told me it was on its way and it was in fact delivered on time. Thank you Anne and Beals for great client service.Back to Amazon:I interpreted Amazon's message to mean that the item had not successfully shipped - I learned from this experience that this is not what that message means. You're item may well be on it's way and even delivered. Amazon should clarify that it doesn't mean it hasn't shipped or that the item won't arrive on time but rather for some reason it didn't meet Amazon's promised shipping guidelines. It will save the angst of getting a message that there is a delivery problem when in fact there may be none. Also I stick to my comment above that I don't want to have to deal with a vendor other than Amazon when I'm dealing with Amazon. Amazon you got the order - Amazon you handle everything.
