These have the FANTASTIC arch support that Birkenstock always offers, in a regular/wide width for my C width womens feet. I much prefer these soft fleece lined thin buckel uppers to my leather big buckle pair (which after months i've still not managed to break in to not rub!) These are soft inside and once I've worn them in, they are so comfortable for walking/standing/all day. I just wish there were one more tigher hole, if these stretch anymore i'll have to punch another one to be able to tighten the strap more. I have wide but low volume feet and usually wear an 8.5/9W or size 40.
