Product Description Jeff Taylor's new release "Back Home Someday" is a Blues-Rock diamond. He shines continuously throughout the entire album. This is fire and ice blues-honky tonk-rock burnished with the Chicago blues and it resonates proudly through each song. Taylor works his magic and makes every song his own, stamped with his style and sound. A knockout punch in every round makes for an undisputed victory. A true champio n of the blues. Taylor is the rock of Gibraltar right from the starting line to the finish. This has the earmarks of a classic written all over it. Yes, it's that good. This is the complete blues, no fluff and no fuss. The curtain closes on this blues matinee with the ornery three chord blues rocker "Back Home Someday." What a way to step off the stage. Review Slammin' new album! It sounds great....strong playing and singing. Happening tone, good songs, it's all there! Very classy, especially on the ballad "Still Got a Long Way to Go". -- Carl Verheyen From the Artist I have work my fingers to the "bone" getting "Back Home Someday" finished and now that it is, I am so proud and hope you will take the time to sample my life's work. Of course after you have downloaded the samples and the MP3 file of "King Of Your World", I just know you will be ordering up BHS and "hurtin' game" Too! Livin' the blues could not be any better! About the Artist Blues singer-songwriter Jeff Taylor took his first step on the road to national recognition when producer Byl Carruthers inticed him back to L.A. to work on a project of blues classics. With the success of that first CD, simply titled Jeff Taylor, Jeff brought in drummer Don Swanson, bassist Lou Castro and keyboardist Jeffrey Barr for work on Hurtin Game, his first CD of all original material. Released in July of 1997 on WithTheseHandsMUSIC, Hurtin Game spent many weeks on blues charts in the United States, Canada and as far away as Australia. Since then, Jeff and his new band have played The House Of Blues, B.B.Kings, Blind Melon's, The Mint, The Troubadour, Fais Do Do and SmokinJohnnies. During these shows Jeff has enjoyed performing with many top names, Etta James, Eric Sardinas, Cafe R&B and John 'Juke' Logan. Jeff has just finished "Back Home Someday", his second CD, for WithTheseHandsMUSIC at several L.A. studios (The Track House, Sonora Recorders and Foxfire). Get it now! See more
