We got this video and watched it when we were starting our house buying process.The video gives an easy to follow, logical, step by step process for buying a home. Following the steps helps keep things under control and keeps you sane! (Looking at houses before knowing what you need in a house is a waste of time - this video puts things like that in the right order.) It's great for first time home buyers to help them get a good overview of the process and then focus on what they need to focus on during each step.The production quality is very good. The additional materials were pretty easy to get off the DVD. The video is fast-paced - it's short, but full of information. It's a good video to keep and refer back to during the process.I'm in Canada, so there were a few differences in the process and tax implications, but overall the process is very similar.
