The design is very pretty and fit well with my room but the seat itself is really not comfortable and actually kind of hard. I think the installation was the biggest pain because the holes on the arms didn't want to line up at all! Took me about 45 mins to put it together...ugh!! I will have to see how it holds up to a family of 4 and a dog?!? But it's one of those " just sit there and look pretty couches"I purchased this for my studio apartment. It's a good size - 2 adults comfortably, 3 max. The fabric is so nice that most people think it was far more expensive and are constantly amazed that I bought it on Amazon! The price is totally right, and the quality is such that I'll probably take it with me to wherever I live next. My only complaint is that when I assembled the couch, there was one combination of bolt and holes that would not line up correctly. That being said, I have not had any problems with the couch due to not having fastened 100% of the locations, so I think this is a non-issue.Arrived without instructions... took a little to figure out how to put it together. It definitely isn't soft to sit on and it feels like a cheap couch. BUT it is beautiful and it does look great. Just don't sit on it :)not meant for daily usecushions sink unexpectedly even under 100-110# single sitter. Dents in seat cushion form quickly and do not go away.This was one of 3 pieces that could fit into a particular space otherwise, I'd return.Perfect for my sitting room. It requires assembly, but wasnt difficult. A few of the holes didnt line up evening so be careful not to tighten anything until all screws are in of you cant get it together. It sits a bit firm, but its more of a formal design and I was expecting the firmness.The sofa does not look at all like the pic. it's made out of cheap coarse fabric which is not in the description. big disappointment.I really like this love seat. It's perfect for my daughter's room. The color is about the same as on the picture only legs were little bit darker. Very pleased with the quality.Love it. It looks beautiful and it is comfy and firm.
