I bought a single bag of Mushroom Chowder and loved it so I decided to try the sampler pack of 4 different soups. The soup is quick and easy and you can dress up anyway you want to make it homestyle. I added shredded potatoes to the Mushroom Chowder and modified the Pot Pie soup by reducing the water and adding a cup of heavy cream to make it thicker to use as pot pie filling topped with puff pastry. So good on chilly days!
