Mr. Broderick is a master Modern Classical composer, this wonderful project is a step in a new direction for him. As noted in the CD liner notes he is paying homage to his early influences in music, which is mainly folk music. On this release he sings and what a wonderful thing this is. He is a gifted musician weaving finally crafted stories along side softly strummed guitars and strings to export you (the listener) to a place where all that matters is what is within the heart.
