I owned a cheaper Backrest pillow for $35, which I had to use 2 additional pillows to provide the back support I needed. Now I got this one as a gift.THIS ONE however, is AMAZING, it provides enough cushioning for my back without having to use any extra pillows. It is very lightweight and a thing that I love about it is that it is very easy to clean, as you can easily unzip the cover.I know it may seem "overpriced" for a simple backrest pillow, but compared to the cheaper options this one proved to be better in cushioning, durability, ability to clean, and in the more elegant look.
