So one of my cats got on the heavy side and her legs aren't as good as they used to be. So I looked for something for her to jump on as a step to be able to climb up on my tall bed and I stumbled upon this product that doubled as a pet bed. I was skeptical about the sturdiness as I also have a Maine Coon which are large breed cats. I figured for the price, I would give it a chance and wow did it come through! Very easy to assemble and disassemble to make it easy to transport or clean. It also passed the test of my large cats with ease. Looks good in my modern style bedroom and is of high quality. Can not recommend this enough to any cat owner!My cat has been very ill with a disc problem. She has healed and I wanted to allow her to jump again a little like she used to on her cat tower which I have thrown away. This is perfect. She can sit on top or inside safely. She loves it and so do I. She is a large cat and needed the extra wide one. I am so happy.This cat house /ottomon is great, Great seller who shipped fast , received is 4 days !, Upon opening the box was impressed with quality, and sturdiness right away, My husband put this together in less than five minutes, a bonus.. We have two cats and one weighs 14 pounds , and he fits in it perfectly ! And my cat does too!I bought the extra wide option to place next to my computer desk so I can easily pet my cat while I am working. My cat is large 17 lbs and 15 years old. It’s low enough for him to jump on top, and wide enough for him to feel comfortable. At this very moment he is sleeping on top of it (which is the intention of purchase) and snoring. P.S. the house entrance is blocked for now and he doesn’t know it exists yet.I bought this ottoman for $50. It's collapsible, with a sturdy padded top, soft pad for the inside for max kitty cozy and wooden screw on legs. I put it together in about 5 minutes and my cats immediately took up residence. I wouldn't say it's the cutest thing in the room but it does exactly what it needs to. I will say for what it's made of, $50 seems a bit steep and I'd say it's more worth $35 but I'm not the seller. I'll update in time to state how it's holding up.
