I bought this set a few years ago and first off, they are beautiful. I always get compliments when I break them out, which I mostly do for special occasions. I gave them a 4 start review because they claim to be dishwasher safe, but I noticed after a handful of runs in the dishwasher that the silver bordering was starting to disappear. So I would NOT recommend putting this dishes in the dishwasher despite their claim to be dishwasher safe.
