I live in assisted living now. I have a lovely apartment with a bedroom, living room, huge bathroom/dressing room and kitchen. This headboard has is installed on my luxury bed that folds up at the head or feet position, vibrates, and lights up if I need to see to get up. The installer took maybe ten minutes for the headboard. He said that he had never installed one before. Easy, lovely, and I'm so happy with it.Very nice quality! The Black Friday price was awesome.Doesn’t work well with a thick mattress—15 to 18 inches thickI was shocked at the great quality of this headboard. For the money, I was expecting much less. Took about a week for delivery. It comes boxed with the side braces packed inside along with the hardware required for installation. Easy to install and they even include the Allen wrench and a small wrench to hold the nuts. We ordered the queen size and it has additional holes in the headboard to size to a full size bed frame too. We really like the linen fabric and overall,it looks like it costs considerably more. I would buy again!Very happy with this purchase. It is just as lovely in person as on the screen.Low profile box spring keeps a large gap between the headboard and mattress. Pillows keeps on falling through. There is no optional height adjustment to be able to use low profile box spring. Other than this one issue, it is a great looking and well build headboard.First it took too long to get it. Supposed to take 2 days and took an additional week to get. Unboxed it yesterday and noticed a small hole in the headboard. I have decided to keep it and try to repair it, but quality is inferior.Love my headboard! Definitely made the look of my room!!!!It was missing hardware and instructions to attach to bed...was difficult to sort and didn't hold its weight up with brackets and the holes were not aligned evenly.. so I had to get help and assistance.to fix :^( iy smelt like oil? Would no recommend AS I AM GOING TO GET IT PROFESSIONALLY REUPHOSTLERD to get rid of smell hope no one else endure this disappointment in there purchaseDefinitely need 2 people to put it together as it is heavy. No odour as it is fabric. Good quality.Beautiful, bought for my dad and he loves it
