Description

This book, with over 250 problems, covers the following topics: Number Theory / System, Addition / Subtraction, Multiplication / Division, Fractions / Decimals, Patterns, Geometry, Algebra, Metric System, and more! If you are home schooling (or if you are just trying to get extra practice for your child), then you already know that math workbooks and curriculum can be expensive. Home School Brew is trying to change that! We have teamed with teachers and parents to create books for prices parents can afford. We believe education shouldn’t be expensive. The problem portion of the book may also be purchased individually in "Fourth Grade Math Problems."

This book is absolutely loaded with typographical errors and answers that are incorrect and confusing. I had someone else who is more math-proficient than I am check most of my answers since I couldn't trust the ones in the key. A few of the examples that I found: "It's" consistently used where "its" was correct; p. 41, the wrong answer given for 11 x 11; p. 130, "with" instead of "width;" incorrect answer given for Problem 7, page 133; a correct but arbitrary answer to Problem 6, p.133 (since the question asked for "possible" lengths and widths, the answer should have been any or at least much broader; the answer for Problem 2 on page 134 is given for Answer 3 in the answer key, thus making two problems impossible to correct for certain.
