This is a sharp chair. BUT, upon opening the chair, I first noticed that the manufacturer "punctured" the leather on the arm to attach their plastic tag to the chair. Why would you create a hole in a leather chair and why would you put it right in the front where it will be an obvious blemish and may become larger? And when I opened the legs/feet to attach them, I was surprised and disappointed to find they were hollow plastic. If you are going to make a leather chair, I would think you could use wooden feet. There were chalk marks on the fabric that covered the holes for the feet but the screws couldn't break through the fabric so I had to cut the fabric and find the holes for the feet to screw into. The marks designating the holes did not match up. I was not impressed with customer service when I contacted Lane. They told me I needed to contact the seller. But Lane made the chair. It is rather stiff leather to sit in. It just looks nice.Comfortable and beautifulI chose this couch for my husband office. It’s perfect, more beautiful than expected. I am waiting for the loveseat next week. Very happy. The seat is very firm which is perfect for an office. I would not buy it for a living room though. It’s too firm.Was looking for a cream colored leather chair to go along with our black sofa. This looks fabulous! The pillows and rug tie everything together.The cushion is very firm right now, hopefully it will "break in" a little. Thanks Santa, this is just what I wanted!The bed has a broken frame and cushions fall through to bed frame need a replacement asapVery comfortable just the right size for the space i had love it.?We had never bought furniture on line before. Great experience. Lane is an old brand that has found a way to maintain the quality of their product. We bought a couch as well. Couldn’t be happier. Much cheaper than buying at a furniture store.I liked the style and price. Was disappointed when received broken
