This is a replacement book. Mine got damaged and I just can't live without this recipe book. It has a variety of recipes from drinks to main dishes. Great instructions for working with red and green chile. These recipes are Not Tex-Mex food. I grew up in northern NM so that flavor profile is one of my favorites.
