I used it for almost 1 month before writing this review. I use it mostly for hormonal acne and I can definitely see the difference. If you have sensitive skin prone to redness GREEN light is the one to use to calm your skin down. If you want some anti-aging benefits RED light is the one to be used. The key is consistency in using LED technology. Highly recommend this mask for your consideration.I've been using this product for a few months now. I've seen a notable difference in my acne scars. My skin is also firmer and has a glow to it. I use the red light a few times a week between 10 to 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to reduce the appearance of acne scars. It's definitely working for me.Light therapy has really changed my life and my skin. I Know the instructions are really not clear but once you play around with it you’ll get used to it. The brackets don’t work like everyone says so yes you gotta lay down and lay it on your face, i just hold mine with my hand on the bottom. The red light has completely gotten rid of burns, acne marks and left my skin looking plump. Blue kills bacteria that causes acne and the green reduces redness and as far as anything else I’m not sure yet!I used it for the first time today, didn’t really see any results of course but did notice my skin feeling extra soft. Can’t wait to start noticing something in the next couple of weeks. The only bad thing I will have to say though is that the bridge of my nose hurts a lot while I have the mask on. And when I did remove the mask off after my 20 mins I had a mark on the bridge of my nose. I’ll see tomorrow or will try and put something on that area to see. But besides that...I love it!I love this mask. I searched a lot about led masks, there are alot of different brands out there.. But I decided to go with this one and I absolutely love it. It works great. You can adjust the brightness and the time limit easily. It fits perfectly to my face and it gives even light to my entire face and neck. And most important thing is, it is really helping with my acne.
