I love that this is a foldable table. Very sturdy, looks nice and has a shelf for added storage. Wheels make it easily to move out of the way.Very sturdy, very stable very easy to assemble. Lots of space to keep things besides the printer I am using it for. I am very happy with it.My wife has been using one of these carts for 2 years and loves it. I even built her an extension compartment on one end so she'd have more room for books and magazines. She wouldn't let me have hers so I ordered one of my own.I've built about everything there is to be built including houses, bookcases and furniture. Solid wood is the only way to go. This oak is solid and so is the construction. However, since the design allows for folding, there is some flexibility necessary in order for the cart to fold. This does not mean the cart is unstable. The removable top shelf is not adjustable.I always read the negative reviews first. Next, I check to see if they are "Amazon Verified Purchases" and how many reviews these folks have done and try to determine their degree of credibility. Try it. It's fun. There's much enlightenment to be had.The two carts I've received from Amazon were packaged extremely well. The manufacturer's box was packed inside a much larger box surrounded with ample packing material. It would take a tremendous amount of impact to break the cart in shipment.Such things do happen. If there had been any damage in my shipments, Amazon would have made it right with no questions asked. In addition, unlike the laminated particle board construction that's common these days, solid oak is easily repaired with quality wood glue like Titebond. Simply apply glue to both surfaces and clamp together overnight. Unless the top was in ten pieces, nobody I know would use this cart for firewood.I'd repair it if it was broken into ten pieces. The only suggestion I have that I do not see addressed in the reviews pertains to the small hex/allen wrench that's included with the cart. This cart is made of hardwood. Very hard. My strong hands found it nearly impossible to fully insert the 4 screws with the included 4 mm, 3-inch, L-shaped, hex/allen wrench. While you're waiting for delivery, locate a 4 mm, 8-inch long, ball-end hex/allen wrench.T-handles that you can insert your hex/allen wrench into for additional leverage also work great. Most handy men and DIY'ers have a collection. I use the Bondhus L-wrenches. Using the larger hex/allen wrench, I was able to tighten the screws an additional full 3-4 turns each. Once the screws are fully inserted, drive the wooden pegs in with a hammer up to the rim. If you don't, they will eventually pop out.I have to wonder how many of these carts are assembled with the screws not fully inserted.I've got about 40 pounds on my cart and am constantly moving it around the room on a Burber carpet floor.By the way, two of the four wheels have plastic locking tabs. They can be easily broken off if accidentally bumped. The first thing I did was to make sure the wheels were unlocked and then broke them off intentionally. It's a pain to try to unlock the wheels after the tabs are broken off.Hope this helps. And I would not have a problem using one of these carts in my workshop. This unit is great. It is nicely packed to protect it in shipment. There are easy directions to follow to put it together. I had it together in 15 minutes including time opening the box. It is a nice natural wood finish just like their shelves and bookcases.People have commented that it wobbles. Yes it does just a bit, but that is because it is on rollers. The unit comes with the folding portion already assembled. To get a good firm unit, you must put the shelves in the metal brackets provided. There are slots on the underside of the shelves so that they fit without sliding around. This is also what makes the unit sturdy. If you don't have the shelves in the grooves of the bracket, it is going to be pretty shakey. My unit was a slight bit off. I simply loosed the screw-in bracket with a screwdriver just a slight bit until the shelf would seat in the bracket. Then I tightened the bracket back up with the screwdriver. The unit is attractive, solid and functional. I don't know how people are saying it is heavy. It's real wood, not particle board. So it is lighter than many shelves.I once had to contact Winsome Wood support for a previous set of tv tables I bought. Keep the Winsome Model number because that is what you need to get support. Once I got that, they sent me a replacement table and it was perfect.I would rate the product high to excellent in quality and the customer support as very good!Works well but you have to be careful to not flip the top.Great product that meets a need. The cart is solid wood, not at all flimsy. Just the right side for a printer cart that can be gently pushed out of the way or pulled out to be close at hand. The finish is smooth and coated with a smooth finish. It was in great shape when I removed it from the box. It folds up very, very easily to be put away. I am very, very happy with it. Storage space below is also sturdy and will easily hold reams of paper, etc.I have a fairly heavy printer, an Epson Workforce 3640, and its size and weight do not faze the stand. It needed minor assembly, which was a piece of cake. The only tool that I needed was a hex wrench, which was included and easy to notice in a small box, which also contained the 4 wooden plugs that needed to be tapped into place. Assembly took only 10 minutes, at a very leisurely pace. Great directions, with simple and clear pictures. All I had to do was tap the casters into their places, swing out the sides, and lower the bottom shelf onto the supports, which are strong metal. Then I placed the middle shelf on its supports. The top shelf required only that I lay it in place and then install 4 screws in predrilled holes, ,using the hex wrench. Then I tapped into place the 4 wooden plugs.A few cautions for anybody who is not friendly with simple tools. First, when you use the hex wrench to install the screws, hold the l-shaped wrench by the long sice. The screws are somewhat tight, as they should be, and require modest pressure to turn them. When you put the plugs in place, notice that they are slightly wedge shaped and that the flat end goes into the hole. Put it in straight, evenly into the hole, or you won't be able to tap it in. That, too, is the way it should be. You don't need glue. And look at the drawing: note that the two casters with the lock levers go on the two middle support posts, the ones in the middle as the stand is not folded out. (This is the first assembly step.) That way, they will both wind up at the front when you open and finish assembling the stand.Very easy to assemble. I use it for my knitting looms.Nov 13th, 2017I did not get paid or receive anything for my review of this product. I personally paid for this item and purchased it from Amazon.ca.The Winsome mission cart is all natural wood and it takes less than ten minutes to assemble. Its basically 3/4 's already put together and all you do is add the centre shelf ( it just sits on metal supports ) and the top. The top is attached with 4 screws and the construction is solid once the two shelfs are in place. It's not high enough to be an appliance stand ( eg; Microwave ) but it's just the perfect size for those smaller specific items that compliment your kitchen. You can use it with or with out the casters and it's positively worth the asking price.I recommend this quality natural wood product to all. I hope you enjoyed my review and it was helpful. This is perfect for my needs as an artist; it holds all my materials nicely while being able to wheel it anywhere around my easel. It also matches the folding bookshelves I have that are in the same style and colour. Regarding assembly, some reviewers have said that the holes don't line up when screwing the top on. I thought the same when I put the top in place and lined up the holes (the two on the left were off). So I went ahead anyway and put in the two screws on the right first, tightened them, and miraculously the two holes on the left naturally aligned themselves. Weird. I was able to get the screws in no problem (and without having to drill extra holes). I would recommend this cart.We recently purchased a counter top oven for our motorhome, and this cart was the PERFECT compliment to the oven. It is a snap to assemble [assembles in only seconds], is it solid and sturdy, and it folds down in a matter of seconds for storage when it is not is use. There were no defects nor imperfections with the cart, and the packaging in which it was shipped was very good. This was a good purchase, and we are satisfied completely with everything about it.This was easy to put together and very sturdy. Ordered to hold my printer and paper. It looks gorgeous and matches the desk from the same company. Would definitely recommend. Loving it.
