Great looking chair for the money. It is at my desk and I love the craftsmanship and appearance!!Quick easy returns keep me in the quest to complete a set of 6 of these lovely chairs. They are packaged poorly so that the top of the back rest is very vulnerable. Along the mitered joint at the crest of the oval shape can come cracked or totally broken off. Other wise I am very delighted with the product when it is not damaged. I plan to keep trying for that 6 th chair. Sadly the cost seems to be going up with each misadventure :-( Simply adding a bit of packaging could save the day ! along with a lot of grief and cost. I own 5 of these lovely chairs just one more in good shape PLEASE !The swivel in this chair is the best feature. Allows you to get in and out without rolling backwards away from desk.I USED THIS IN MY OFFICE. IT LOOKS VERY NICE, GREAT QUALITY. GOES GREAT WITH MY MODERN FARMHOUSE OFFICEI love this round back chair, it is very well made. The leather feels real (not sure it is) and it is a great addition to my home office space.The chair looks beautiful but I cannot assemble it as it came incomplete. I bought it “like new” with warning that the box would be damaged but the product would be “fine”. As I was expecting, the chair came in a visibly damaged box but to my surprise, it came without the casters/wheels and without the pole or tube to connect the seat to the base. I have an office chair that’s completely unusable.UPDATE 5/31/2022: customer service was kind but they sent me incomplete parts as a “replacement”: I received the pole attachment and one wheel, I need 4 more wheels to make the chair complete. Still no usable office chair.The seat wobbles and makes a loud creaking noise every time you sit or move in this chair. I’ve taken it apart and reassembled it and can make the loud annoying noise stop.Love this chair- the wood trim is better than the pictures. Extremely easy to assemble- I’m 70+ and assembled in about 20 min. Very stable. Would highly recommend.
