Upsides: the desk is cute and the drawer works well :)Downsides: it is made of glorified cardboard lol. I broke an entire leg off by leaning into it while I was assembling it, BUT I was able to duct tape it back on until I could get my hands on some wood glue. It came a little dinged-up, but for $50… I’m not that upset about it ?Overall: this desk is a 4/5 if you buy it with reasonable expectations in mind. It’s a $50 desk, it’s not gonna be absolutely flawless and capable of holding more than 45lbs lol. For what it is, I think it’s a pretty good deal.I have always been the go-to person for building Ikea furniture for my family since I was a teenager. I also have a few second-hand CB2 and West Elm furniture at home. I bought 2 of these desks because they look similar to my West Elm desk. They came in a relatively small box and the built was super easy. Essentially - some dowels and some screws for the legs and you're done. I leisurely assembled 2 tables in about 40 mins by hand (no power tools). As far as the quality - you get what you pay for. It's very basic wood desk with a thin white paint finish. The quality of the anchor hardware is not as good as Ikea. I would compare it to an Ikea Micke desk but slightly lower end. That being said, I'm using them as kids desks and I know they will eventually outgrow them. Its still a good option in my situation plus the free shipping. If you are looking for something slightly more long lasting, I'd go for Ikea or something else.Cute and small perfect for students. Loved it for my space. It’s not sturdy enough though.i love it, it’s larger than my last one and i don’t have to worry about being crowded when getting ready. although the drawer isn’t as big as i wanted it to be but nothing organizers can’t fix! i use it as a vanity just as most but overall love it.No me gusto que levemente casi no se nota esta levantada como la lámina blanca cerca de la gaveta. Pero no quise cambiarlo porque lo necesito.Todo el resto es Perfecto. Para espacio reducido, práctico. Bueno, bonito y baratoI really like the way the desk is made, and I also like the way it was really put together and not much to do with assembly of the desk. I also love that it has a small draw to store some of your office things in for easy reach and the process to assemble it was less than a half hour to do and the desk sits up very high!!! great for adding an office chair with or without arms... I just love my new desk I am currently using my desk in my bedroom as a small place to do my bills and journaling....This small desk was easy to put together! The one drawer helps keep small things out of the way and also close for reach. I use it for my sewing and embroidery and it holds sturdy enough for my projects! You get what you pay for but it’s really nice once you put it together. The draw is already assembled. All you need to do is install the four legs and that’s it! I like for a makeup table.Unfortunately the desk is VERY cheaply made. Being a pretty cheapy person myself, being able to notice and detest just HOW cheap it is says a lot. My set-up looks beautiful, but if I move the desk at all out of the current position it will collapse. As soon as I flipped over the desk to prop it up into place after putting it together, a leg randomly SNAPPED in half? how's that even possible? Luckily, it should be fine as-long as I'm very gentle with it which I am. It took me quite a while to put it together as-well, the setup was pretty simple all you need is what's included in the kit. However, some of the bolts were VERY hard to put in and this became very time consuming.Other than that, it's a perfect starter desk and looks nice in my room. Considering my room is also pretty small, it fits very well.Love the desk, I wanted a white one that was tall, simple in design, sleek, sturdy, pure white, and overall a perfect table for me to do my makeup tutorials and product staging and pictures, and this table was absolutely perfect for that! Very easy to install, and actually very sturdy! I’ve stood on the table a few times and nothing broke (I weigh 110lbs) Honestly, I’m very picky with the quality of my products and I only buy things that suit my needs, for business use in particular and this product actually translates all of that. I highly recommend for people who have small rooms too, or lack space in their room. I was quite skeptic with all the negative reviews and very few good ones but I guess I got lucky. It arrived well package and everything was there! But I should warn you, the instructions are awful. Makes Ikea look amazing compared to the 2 pages of instructions you get.It not rocket science though to put together, was able to build it all by myself with no power tools in less then half an hour! It is very sturdy and pretty decent for the price. The thing is super cheaply made... there is particle board on the desk top and drawers but not sure what the rest is made of (recycled paper or something). The legs arrived slightly damaged because the outside coating on the leg is so fragile but... a little touch up paint and we are all good. The leg material is super light which I guess saves a bunch on shipping. Anyway, was easy to assemble my daughter (9) is happy and it fits her room. It will likely last a few years but it is not something you would be able to resell or want to keep forever. Also, the drawer is only 1/2 the depth of the desk top. Too bad because drawer storage is already minimal with this item. It suits our purpose so I am keeping it.
