I bought this stand as a bookshelf for my daughter's nursery. It came fairly quickly, and my husband and I took it out of the box that night. We were so excited, as it was the last piece of furnature we needed to complete the nursery. We got most of it together, and decided to keep going even though we found some flaws in the paint on the shelves. When we got to the top shelf it would not even fit together. It was made very poorly and the alignment of the top shelf was very off. The rest of the shelf was very rickety also. I called the company that night and they had me email them pictures of the shelf so they could decide if was worthy of a refund (I did NOT want an exchange at that point after seeing the shelf "together") and they assured me that they would get back to me the next day. I called them back after a week, and they gave me a run around again and told me they would email me with their decision. I still never heard from them. The refund policy said I had 3 months to return the item for a refund and about a week before the 3 months was up I finally heard from them. I will NEVER order anything from this company again. Terrible product and terrible customer service.
