The item arrived as scheduled and was well packaged. On the other hand, the assembly is deceivingly simple. It does take two people to put it together nor do the parts easily fit. But none of that is my complaint. Instead, this item, which is little more than a box made of particleboard, is EXTREMELY poorly made. The quality is way below standard and not at all worth the $400+ I paid for it. Keep in mind that I build houses for a living and have, in the past, taken the time to build furniture. Again, do not rationalize this possible purchase in any way and do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE this item. You can thank me now for having told you. Did I mention that it's also very uncomfortable to sit on? I would send it back but the box is gone and it's to much trouble to do so. Don't buy it.
