The design of this ashtray is sleek and beautiful. Truly. If I smoked I would keep it. I bought it as a gift for my brother and he has expensive taste so I wasn't sure what he'd think. Drum roll... he loves it! When you pick it up it's not too heavy so you can tell it's not "high end". However looking at it you'd never know. You definitely get what you pay for here and more. Great product. I highly recommend. The first ashtray I ordered was defective and was wobbly. I wrote a calm but honest review & I was surprisingly contacted by customer service. They proactively apologized and sent me another ashtray for free since I had received a defective one. Wow. That is exceptional customer service. That's the kind of individuals I would like to do business with. I am thoroughly impressed. Too often it's a headache and stressful when ordering online and there's an issue. It's not often you can trust online purchases to be rectified when you ask, let alone when you don't even ask. That's an honest company that wants to do honest, good business if you ask me. I have yet to receive the second ashtray but they've earned my trust! :)
