The actual bean bag itself is comfortable, and it looks nice.What I didn't like, is that it didn't come with clear instructions on which part of the bean bag each section goes in, so that took longer to put together than I would have liked. If that was the only issue, I would have given it 4 stars.The reason for 2 stars is that the customer service is quite terrible. I received Navy Blue instead of the black that I bought. I told amazon and they told me I would have to return the entire thing instead of just the cover. This seemed ridiculous to me, especially since it isn't light. So I reached out to the manufacturer. They told me they could send me the right color no problem. Except they sent me another Navy Blue. It was marked black - but it was not. I reached out. They sent me yet another Navy Blue. They then asked me for a picture to confirm. They confirmed it was Navy Blue and said they would send me a black. Fast forward two months later - I have received nothing. I reached back out and they said it was resolved and they sent it to me. I then explained and showed them the emails with the complaint and information they needed. They apologized and said they would send out the black cover. They sent me another Navy Blue. At this point, it's no longer returnable to amazon. So I'm just a very frustrated customer with 4 Navy Blue covers to my bean bag chair that does not match my office.
