I have bought dried lavender for years through Amazon, always changing who I buy it from since it’s never that great. This batch was by far the best I have ever gotten! First, the packaging was great. The bundles were wrapped in plastics bags, helping to retain any buds that fell off, while the bundles were secured to the box with a cable tie that held them in place. Even before I opened the bags, the smell was so strong, it was coming through the box. The stems were long and the bundles were full. I am more than pleased and will be reordering for these guys again!Love the lavender flowers. Am enjoying them every day in various rooms. Packaged great and lots of flowers. Love, love.I ordered two bundles which were carefully packed and shipped in 4 bundles. I bought them for my new stark white office at work so unwrapped them at work bringing two wicker baskets hoping they would fill the huge one (they didn't). They needed to be propped up into a basket that was 12" long x 6.5" wide x 9" high. The material that they packed it in was nice for placing around the lavendar so they would stand up in the basket. Of the four bundles, only one of them had the nice blue/lavendar color; the other 3 bundles were more gray. That was a little disappointing based on the photos they have on their website of the bright colors. However, since lavendar is very hard to find in the store, I feel that this was a very good product at a decent price that arrived quickly and carefully packaged.These arrived in great shape and nicely fragrent! They were perfect additions to our centerpieces and bouquets! Will definitely order again if I ever need more!I originally bought this to use on a "naked" wedding cake which is a cake without icing on the sides. It did not come in time. But I'm glad I did not use it on the cake. The flowers are very delicate and the cake would have been covered in the flowers. Instead I used it at home as a decoration. I threw it in a vase and put on our dining room table. The scent is fabulous. I had it out for quite a few weeks and the aroma is still present. It is delicate so just be mindful of not putting food directly next to it as some of the seeds may fall in. But if you aren't moving it or bumping the table it's actually just fine. This is a great decoration to my room.I was nervous to order this product after reading some of the recent reviews, but decided to anyway because so many of the older reviews were good. I'm glad I did. The product arrived about 4-5 days after I ordered it and was not damaged and smelled amazing! It is very fragile though and should not be handled any more than necessary. The color was a little lighter than I had hoped for, but once I put the centerpieces together they looked beautiful and the lighter color was probably a good thing. My future sister-in-law was also very pleased with the final result. She didn't want "real" flower centerpieces that would only die and have to be thrown away and she also wanted to be able to use it in their house afterwards. This was the perfect solution. I would definitely recommend this product and have been very pleased with the entire transaction.Bought two bunches of these and used them at the place settings for my wedding. They worked BEAUTIFULLY. We had way too much lavender left over, but the entire room smelled like the stuff, which was just a great bonus. I only opened the package when it first arrived to ensure the color would work and that the flowers were in great shape, which they were. Then I closed it back up and only opened it when I needed to cut stems for the place settings. I received a lot of compliments about how the lavender tied everything together. An easy, quick, cost-effective way to add a little something extra to a special day.These bundles were so incredibly fragrant! I could smell the lavender before even opening the box. The bundle size is as expected, and the pictures shown are accurate to what I received.I had to remove one star for packaging however. The lavender was wrapped in thin tissue paper which was then taped to the side of the box. I am not sure why it would be packaged this way. I had to carefully cut the tape and tissue paper to remove the lavender. Needless to say, I ended up with lavender everywhere! The packaging was silly, but the lavender itself is great.
